This notice explains how CoEfficient Health, Inc. (“CoEfficient,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through coefficienthealth.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you request a briefing, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email address, organization, role, and message. If you write to us at info@coefficienthealth.com, we receive your message and the contact details it includes.
• Basic technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site, and the site loads no third-party scripts.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request and to follow up with you about it. We use technical information only to operate and secure the site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

Our website host, Netlify, Inc., receives and stores form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Our email provider, Microsoft, stores the messages we receive. Both act on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Please don’t send health information

The briefing form is for business inquiries. Please don’t include personal health information or other sensitive information in your message.

How long we keep it

We keep briefing requests and messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Links to other sites

This site links to sites we don’t operate, such as LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us by writing to info@coefficienthealth.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the effective date above.
